New Naruto Manga To Premiere Spring 2015; Mini-Series To Tell A New Konoha Story

What will take the place of Naruto? The 15-year manga series has encompassed many manga readers’ lives over that span and it will be hard to leave Konoha for good -- especially after that final chapter.
But not so fast my fellow Leaf Ninja, there seems to be more Naruto stories to tell in the future.
According to Anime News Network, there will be an announcement of a brand new Naruto manga mini-series that will be premiering Spring 2015. Apparently, Shonen Jump has already announced the as-yet-titled Naruto manga that will tell "a newly budding Konoha story."
Along with the brand new manga a series of novels that will follow characters like Kakashi and will be part of the "Naruto Shin Jidai Kaimaku Project" (Naruto's New Era Opening Project) marking the 15th anniversary of the original manga. These novels will be published on the Jump j Books imprint.
The logo for the supposed project features silhouettes of Naruto and a child -- presumably his son, Bolt.
A countdown set on the official Naruto website will expire Monday, Nov. 10.
Fans of the Naruto manga should expect an announcement and possible title for the new Naruto manga on this date so check back with iDigitalTimes for all of the Naruto manga updates as they happen.
But what say you, who would you like to see get a spotlight in one of the Naruto manga novels? Let us know in the comments section below.
