Sorry, Grant Gustin — Ezra Miller cast in upcoming 'The Flash' movie

Well, it looks like DC Comics’ cinematic universe is making some serious moves.
Instead of casting Grant Gustin, the guy who plays speedy superhero Barry Allen on CW’s The Flash TV show, Ezra Miller (The Perks of Being a Wallflower) has been tapped to star in The Flash movie in 2018, announced by Warner Bros. in a shareholders conference callAquaman starring Jason Momoa, who is now confirmed to be appearing in Zack Snyder’s Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice flick in 2016.
on Wednesday. Also getting his own film that year:
Other comic-book movies snagged release dates as well: Director David Ayer’s Suicide Squad is Aug. 5, 2016; Zack Snyder’s Justice League (starring Henry Cavill’s Superman, Ben Affleck’s Batman, and probably Momoa and Miller) is June 23, 2017 and its sequel is June 14, 2019; Wonder Woman starring Gal Gadot is Nov. 17, 2017; Shazam with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson as Black Adam is scheduled for April 5, 2019; Cyborg with Ray Fisher on April 3, 2020; and Green Lantern on June 19, 2020, starring (presumaby) an actor other than Ryan Reynolds.
Perhaps the fandom bothered most by this news? Arrowheads who may not be able to see Arrow star Stephen Amell as a big-screen Oliver Queen. *SNIFF*
