Breakdown of the Hannah Graham Case and what's Next for Jesse Matthew

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. -- A community mourns this weekend following the news that the body found in Albemarle County belongs to University of Virginia student Hannah Graham.
The remains were found last Saturday in southern Albemarle County, five weeks after she was last seen.
Graham's parents released a statement saying they were devastated by the loss of their daughter, and thanking law enforcement for all of their efforts.
Graham was last seen the night of September 13th after partying near downtown Charlottesville.
Footage taken near the downtown mall shows Jesse Matthew following Graham on the night she went missing.
Police believe she may have gotten into Matthew's car and was the last person seen with her.
Police issued an arrest warrant for Matthew after he sped away from Charlottesville police launching a nation-wide manhunt. He was eventually arrested in Galveston, Texas.
Hundreds of people from all over the state took part in a search for Graham. Search teams combed through 85 percent of Charlottesville looking for any clues leading to her whereabouts. Her body ended up being found off Old Lynchburg Road in southern Albemarle County.
Jessie Matthew is charged with abduction with intent to defile in the case. He is currently being held in Charlottesville. His next court date is on December 4th for a preliminary hearing.
