From The Apprentice to the Mercury Prize: What to watch on TV tonight

The Apprentice, 9pm, BBC1
The rejigged teams Tenacity and Summit (when someone comes up with "team beta" we'll know this show is finished) must launch their own online video channel and attract the most viewers over a  48-hour period.
So which will prove more alluring to YouTube surfers, "Dare to Dine" (messing about with food) or "Fat Daddy", a comedy fitness video with Felipe in the title role?
Scott & Bailey, 9pm, ITV
Is it curtains for Gill (the talented Amelia Bullmore, who also writes many of the episodes), as Dodson arrives at Syndicate 9 to establish her state of mind?
Spider House, 9pm & 2.30am, BBC4
Why do we always find spiders in the bath? (They need to drink.) And is it any use flushing them down the plughole? (No.) Arachnophobes may wish, like Alice Roberts (left), to face their fears as she visits a house in which spiders have been given free rein to see exactly what they get up to in the home. "You'll never look at spiders in the same way," she promises. "You might even welcome them."

Mercury Prize Live Winner Announcement, 10pm, Channel 4
Damon Albarn, who once dismissed "the Booker of pop" as being "like carrying a dead albatross round your neck for eternity", is among the nominees.
Grayson Perry: Who Are You?, 10.05pm, Channel 4
The nation's top potter explores the idea of family with his next set of life models, including a man with Alzheimer's.
